The project includes 7 research topics. The scientific work outlined in the tasks within these topics will address issues related to the development of technologies based on the study of new genotypes, environmental conditions, soil, cultivation practices, and their impact on the productivity and quality of plant products.
Development of specialized crop rotations that maximize crop productivity under weed pressure and improve soil fertility;
Soil management systems that maintain optimal structural, hydrophysical, and agrochemical soil conditions;
Fertilization regimes for balanced organic and mineral macro- and micronutrient application, tailored to crop requirements to achieve maximum productivity and product quality;
The effect of herbicides on the development and productivity of maize hybrids and self-pollinated lines.
